Quality Inn & Suites Denver Airport - Gateway Park

The bed was so hard I kept waking up sore, though the pillows were soft and the room itself was clean. There was mold in the shower, and I wanted a bath instead, but changing rooms would have cost more than twice my rate. Staff were pleasant, but they wouldn't help with the change. Parking was another $10. The quality and service have slipped a lot over the years, and I think I'm finally done with Choice Hotels. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was fantastic, really clean and comfortable. We arrived late, waited only a little while for the shuttle, and check-in was quick. The staff were great too. I'd definitely come back!

We eventually got the reservation, but only after waiting a month. At first they said only the manager could book our block of rooms, then never had him call me back. When we arrived, they said each vehicle would cost an extra $10 a day. During the stay, several people in our group found repeated charges on their cards, and I had them too. The manager later said I had two reservations. Nobody had confirmed the first one, he agreed, and said he'd refund it. I kept calling, but was told he was driving the shuttle or wasn't there, and my messages went unanswered. Nearly a month later the money finally came back. There are plenty of places in Denver. Stay somewhere else unless you want to be treated the way we were.

Samantha at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, and the shuttle driver was lovely and helped with our bags. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the customer service throughout our stay at the Quality Inn & Suites was wonderful. We felt well looked after and will be back.
