There were no rooms ready when I arrived because of a sold out event, but the front desk women did a great job accommodating me. The person handling it stayed professional under stress. My room’s thermostat also needed batteries, and she quickly sent maintenance to replace them. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

Jam at the front desk made our late-night arrival so easy and made sure we could get a proper rest. She was kind and professional, and that really stood out. The hotel itself had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The front desk women were the one good part. They were friendly, accommodating, understanding, and genuinely good people when we explained why we needed to leave. We had planned to stay five nights, but checked out after the first because the bed sagged badly and made for a very uncomfortable night. You don’t need to have back problems to complain about a sagging mattress. The place needs serious renovation, including new beds and carpets.

The place was nice, clean, and quiet. Even the small market was decorated for the current holiday season and had everything from feminine products to painkillers. There’s a little seafood restaurant up the street that was packed on a Tuesday afternoon, always a good sign. I’d recommend this place to a traveling businessperson or a family. Mostly, I want to thank the lovely young woman who looked after me and my family. I stayed last week and meant to write this sooner, but I’ve forgotten her name. She was there when I checked in and again when I checked out on 12/23/2025. She had an amazingly sweet smile and disposition. I came in looking tired and lost, and she said, “you must be looking for the elevator.” I just nodded, exhausted. I’m almost tempted to call and ask if her name was Jada or something equally beautiful.
