The staff were great, and the jacuzzi was wonderful and soothing, especially right beside the bed. Breakfast was great too, and I’d stay again for those reasons. The room does need work, though. The decor is dated, the bathroom walls are decaying, one pillow was dirty, and the iron and ironing board need replacing.

Only needed a place to sleep, I suppose, but bits of the room were falling off. The rooms were okay, with a strong bleach smell that was still better than a horrid odor. Check-in took a while, and one room wasn’t ready even after 4 p.m., although check-in starts at 3. It’s right by the highway, but we’ve learned you have to drive everywhere in the USA.

The staff are great, but I’m struggling to sleep here. The walls are so thin I can hear everything in the hallway and from the room above. The AC is extremely loud, and the bedding was dirty. I don’t recommend it.

The photos are very misleading, and the place wasn’t as clean as it looked. They charged my credit card twice, $350 each time. When I asked the woman at the desk about it, she basically shrugged and said it should go back onto my card. I asked when, but she had no answer and seemed not to care. Definitely not excited about this place.

Very professional and clean, and they upgraded my room from a double queen to a king suite. 10/10, highly recommend!
