Oly made me feel at home from the minute I arrived. They were friendly, professional, and attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel valued. That warm welcome really set the tone for my stay. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with inviting shared spaces and a relaxing feel. Everything I needed was taken care of, so the stay felt easy and stress-free. Oly is a great example of Marriott hospitality. I’d happily come back and recommend this Courtyard Marriott to anyone looking for comfort and thoughtful service.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the staff really went out of their way for us. My flight was delayed this morning, and the woman who’d helped me yesterday was accommodating when I asked for a late checkout. The room, price, and location were all good, but the kindness of the staff is what made me want to write this on the way to the airport. I don’t even have Marriott status, so thank you for a great experience. The whole thing started when the front desk couldn’t find my booking.com reservation. I’d booked through a third party, so I paid for a new reservation and figured I’d sort out the refund separately. I was just glad to check in early after a long weekend. The woman who helped me yesterday afternoon on 11/23 called my room later to say she’d found my original reservation and asked if I wanted to cancel the new one. Switching rooms saved me a lot of money and let me use the free breakfast included with my original booking. She apologized a lot for what I thought was a minor mix-up and even offered Starbucks gift cards for me and my guests. Later that night, another receptionist called to apologize that my DoorDash order couldn’t be delivered straight to my room. When I went downstairs to collect it, I tried to buy a bottle of water from the market, but the receptionist gave it to me for free. Again, I didn’t think there was any need to apologize.

Pauline helped untangle a mix-up over breakfast and gave me a Starbucks coupon when I missed my morning coffee. She also explained how Marriott Bonvoy works, and I’m glad I joined. When I extended my stay, she made sure I could keep the same room. I wish the rest of my hotel experiences were even half as good as this one.

Barbra and Pauline made me feel welcome the whole time. They were both kind, attentive, and professional, and helped everything go smoothly. Barbra was especially courteous and went out of her way in a way that really stood out. Their customer service and care for the details are why I’d gladly return and recommend the hotel.
