From the moment we arrived at Hotel Ella in Austin, the whole staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. Anelle, our waitress, was wonderful: attentive, cheerful, and generous with recommendations and information about the area. Thanks as well to the bartender. Everyone was friendly, professional, and accommodating, and the service was excellent throughout. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff made our anniversary night, and we’ll be back for sure. The bartender, a blonde man with short hair and a short beard, complimented our outfits and sent up a bottle of champagne after hearing it was our anniversary. The valet guys, Cesar and Kylen, were helpful and friendly too. I can’t remember the evening front desk woman’s name, but she had shorter wavy red hair and was so sweet and helpful. We only spent one night at this lovely, clean hotel, in a Petite Suite, but it had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the Nespresso machine in the room was a big perk.

Kylen was a very courteous valet driver and got my vehicle back quickly. When I arrived, I was given a complimentary upgrade with a gorgeous balcony. The front desk and other staff were friendly and attentive, and I felt at home and safe. I was only in town for a quick work trip and stayed one night, but I wish I’d had more time at Hotel Ella.

Kylen from valet went above and beyond with friendly help and local tips that made my Austin trip better. The front desk team was welcoming and professional, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. I was in town for TechCon Southwest and found Hotel Ella beautiful, well-kept, and ideally located for events near downtown or UT. Great atmosphere and service. I highly recommend it and will stay again.
