We liked the large room, the hotel itself, and the polite staff. Breakfast was okay, too. The bed was comfortable, though the mattress dipped near the headboard so badly that we slept at the foot of it. Housekeeping was the real problem. We knew they didn't come every day, which was fine, but the service on the days they did come was disappointing. Once they made the bed without changing the sheets, left the shower uncleaned, and didn't replace the toilet paper, so we had to take some from the public restroom. On another visit they brought towels and emptied the kitchen trash, but didn't touch the bed or replenish the paper towels.

The rooms were much larger than I expected and very clean. I liked relaxing by the pool and using the outdoor grill and seating area. Breakfast was complimentary and a little better than at other Residence Inns I've stayed at. The staff were friendly, and the service was what I'd expect from a Residence Inn.

A very clean, quiet hotel, with friendly staff and everything kept up well. The landscaping outside is phenomenal, and the lobby is big and modern.

I never received confirmation that my room was booked, but they charged me for a no-show. I called and Grace said she'd speak with her manager and call me back, but she never did. When I followed up, she told me they couldn't refund the charge. The customer service was awful. I'll ask my company to use another hotel from now on and dispute the charge with my bank.

We stayed here a few years ago and had just as great an experience this time. I highly recommend the property, especially if you want a friendly, caring face and an outdoor firepit near the whirlpool and grills.
