My daughter got sick around the time I'd booked one of their condos for her birthday, so I tried calling, emailing, and texting to cancel. I got no response. I then sent a message through the website asking them to call or email me, but still heard nothing. After I contacted the third-party booking site, they reached the host, super Sweet Suites. I was told that within an hour the host had charged my card the full amount, canceled my booking, and re-rented the room, without calling or emailing me. They said my $200 was nonrefundable and nothing could be done. I found the whole thing heartless and dishonest. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

We came with our kids and didn't feel comfortable staying here. The building is filthy, and the security door is broken, so anyone can reach the elevator, upper floors, and units. In my opinion, that isn't safe for my children or anyone else's. This "condo" is in student housing at university of Texas, Austin. Before we'd even looked around, the person who answered the phone was rude while we tried to work out whether we had the right address. The surroundings looked poorly maintained too. I lost my payment because of what felt like false advertising. Unless you're looking for a college party, this isn't the place or unit for you.

Super Sweet Suites made my recent Austin, Texas vacation one I'll remember for the rest of my life. I've had otherwise lovely trips brought down by disappointing hotels and Airbnbs, and I'd started to wonder whether anyone in the business understood what a guest wants. This stay finally gave me the kind of experience I was hoping for.

It felt like having a second home. The rooms were excellent, and the whole unit had everything we could have needed. Terry took care of whatever came up, and he and his employee were incredibly courteous.

There were 14 of us, and the condo worked perfectly for our group. Terry was great about meeting our needs, and the housemaids were amazing and quick. 100/10. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town!
