The Code Hotel

The location made it easy to get downtown for work meetings, and I’d absolutely stay at The Code again. I had a great three-night business stay. Travis and the staff welcomed me right away and took good care of me all weekend. The condo was in perfect shape, with a full kitchen that was useful throughout the stay. Its stunning design and open layout made it feel spacious. I especially liked the lobby, where I could get craft coffee or adult beverages. It was a convenient place to relax or get some work done, and one evening there was live music. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Austin.

The people made my first trip to Texas feel like home. Isaiah and Travis went above and beyond, and Isaiah was warm and happy to chat nearly every day. I even found myself hanging around reception to talk with the team. Although the hotel had just opened and only had a handful of guests, the service still felt five-star. I can’t recommend The Code enough and will definitely return to Austin. The apartments are spacious, beautifully designed, and have everything you might need, including a full kitchen with a huge fridge and freezer, a washer-dryer, and the usual appliances. When I asked for an iron and ironing board, the team promptly brought me a brand new iron. The pool was fantastic, the morning coffee was excellent, and live music by local artists on Friday and Saturday nights gave the place a welcoming feel.

We were impressed as soon as we arrived, especially for the price. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the employee who helped us was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The front desk staff stayed attentive and ready to help throughout our visit. Our room was spacious, with high ceilings, lovely design, and the feel of a newly renovated space. The kitchen had more than we expected, including plenty of cookware and utensils, plus new, sharp knives. Every appliance worked perfectly. The dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer were modern, high-quality, and remarkably quiet. The beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the private balcony. Two new bathrobes with the hotel’s logo were waiting for us, a nice touch. The pool area was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The towels were fresh, spotless, soft, and smelled lovely. Friday and Saturday evening live music in the lobby was another highlight. The musicians were fantastic, and the events made the atmosphere warm and enjoyable. Parking was very convenient, and the valet attendant was professional, quick, and always available to help. The value is outstanding for this level of comfort and service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

The Code Hotel Austin really stood out to me after many years of travel and plenty of mediocre stays. The rooms are beautifully styled and remarkably large for the price, with a real home-away-from-home feel. The staff’s service and attention to detail were on another level, always delivered with a smile. I especially want to recognize Ozzie, who went above and beyond when my wife suddenly became ill. He quickly and diligently made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. I truly appreciate it, and it won’t go unrewarded.
