The staff were kind and helpful, and the room was really nice and clean. I only missed having a mini fridge, but that’s just my preference. The valet guys were great too. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful quick trip to Austin, and the hotel staff made it a great stay. Saul welcomed us, explained the parking choices, what to expect, and shared local restaurant tips. The front desk service was excellent, and our check-in person thoughtfully placed our room several doors from both the elevators and rooftop lounge. Acre 41 was another highlight. Our server, Scarlet, gave us service that surpassed anything we’ve had at a Marriott or Hilton restaurant. The hotel’s decor has an understated, eclectic elegance throughout the lobby, restaurant, bar, rooms, and hallways. The Christmas trees were beautifully done, too. We loved the rooftop lounge views of the UT tower, and the location near UT is convenient. Our room was smaller than some other Marriott rooms we’ve stayed in. The only real downside was loud guests laughing and talking in the hall around 2 and 3 a.m., which woke us. That’s hard for staff to prevent, despite their efforts to make guests comfortable. We’ll be back next time we’re in Austin.

Jacob handled my manual transmission Jeep without any trouble, and even took out my trash. The valet service was wonderful. Great hotel.

The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and we couldn’t hear the rooftop DJ at all, even though we were just one floor below. Staff were professional, and the record players were a nice detail. We’d visited the restaurant and rooftop before, then stayed here for New Year’s to be closer to the downtown fireworks. The stay lived up to expectations.
