The hotel was clean and in a great spot, just a short walk from all kinds of bars and restaurants on sixth Street. The heated pool on the 10th floor was a nice place to hang out, and the staff were great. Rose was especially helpful with suggestions for a couple of places to visit. I’d recommend it.

After a terrible arrival at the Austin airport, it was a relief to reach the worldmark and have Alex check us in. He was super friendly and helpful. The room was really nice, too. I only wish we’d had a balcony, but it was a great place overall.

A 20 story hotel with just one elevator is ridiculous. Expect to wait whenever you need to go somewhere, or get some stair-stepper time in before you arrive.

The phone customer service was awful. I called four times in a row to arrange a trip, and kept getting transferred. Three transfers ended with the call disconnecting. On my last attempt I waited on hold for 25 minutes, but nobody answered.
