The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the whole stay felt relaxing. We were treated as if we were the only guests there. The woman who checked me in was fantastic, friendly and professional, and the breakfast staff on Sunday morning were just as lovely and accommodating. Thank you!

I was there for five nights, and the customer service and room were both great. At breakfast, Vivian made my family and me feel welcome and comfortable. She was friendly and easy to talk to, and made a nice start to my day. Lindsay at the desk was happy to help with an unusual request, even though saying no would have been easier. We laughed and talked, and she made me feel welcome. She greeted us with a big smile when we first arrived, too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

The only issue I ran into was at breakfast, when a group came straight from the pool and left the floor and seats pretty wet. Management might want to require guests to dry off first, since wet floors could be a safety risk. Otherwise, the clean room and comfortable beds met what I expect from a reliable chain like Hampton Inn. We had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn Ashtabula.

The breakfast was incredible, and everyone on staff was excellent. The person serving breakfast was patient and very helpful, while the front desk staff were friendly. I stayed for one day on the 31st and would happily return. A 10 out of 10 for this wonderful hotel. Thanks for the great service!

We had a good time with our grandchildren in the pool during our short stay. The hotel was affordable, with clean rooms, a workout room, and a nice breakfast spread that was fresh and hot. It felt very family oriented. The front desk woman was friendly, and the next morning she was already mopping up after the winter weather. We really enjoyed the visit.
