Maintenance has been quick, efficient, and respectful whenever needed. Camila, Andrea and Megan in management are just as good, always professional, responsive, and caring. They make residents feel listened to and looked after, and that really matters. I love living here and highly recommend it!

It's been a great place to live so far. The community is peaceful and kept up well, and I really appreciate that it's pet friendly with no breed restrictions. Megan, Camila and Andrea are always friendly and helpful, and they respond quickly when something needs attention. They treat residents really well.

We moved here from another state, and it's been a lovely place for my family and me. It's close to the beach, mall, walking trail, schools, and has a pool, gym, pet friendly setup, and free coffee perks. We also love the community events. Since 2023, Camila, Megan, Andrea, Jorge and Jose, across leasing, direction, and maintenance, have been super friendly, professional, and willing to help. Issues and maintenance requests get handled quickly. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful, and feeling safe here gives us peace of mind, especially with our children. What's not to like? :)

The apartment we ended up with was noticeably worn and quite different from the beautifully renovated model we saw on the tour. We only got to see our actual unit after signing and paying. Before we committed, we specifically asked whether the pool would stay open, and management said there were no plans to close or renovate it. A few weeks after moving in, though, it shut “for one month.” It's now been three months, with no visible progress or updates. The gate often doesn't work either, so people can enter the community freely. We emailed about these problems several times and got no reply. I hope management finally addresses them.
