I’ve stayed here several times and I’m from the area, so I expected them to be accommodating. I booked an ocean-view room, but was given only a partial ocean view. I also meant to reserve three nights, not four, and they wouldn’t change it or refund the extra night, even though I gave plenty of notice. I made the booking on their own website, but somehow it showed as coming through a third-party site. The front desk couldn’t help, and they told me to contact Expedia, even though I never booked through Expedia. They wouldn’t adjust the reservation.

Laura Manning, the Guest Services Manager, made a real difference during my stay. I had expected different fees, and she handled the situation professionally with a clear customer-first attitude. The location is also perfect for a fun beach vacation. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to others after that great interaction.

Just steps from the ocean, with a beautiful view, the location is fantastic. The hotel was clean and very comfortable, and I had a relaxing stay.

Our room looked right out at the beach, and shops and restaurants were only a few steps away. The beach itself was even closer. We had plenty of room, and the bedding was comfortable. Great location, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

The kids loved that the stay included admission to the small aquarium next door. We could walk to the boardwalk, shops, restaurants, sand, and water. Our room was clean and nice, with a little ocean view and a balcony overlooking the pool.
