The room was clean and looked recently updated, with a wide selection of TV channels and streaming apps you could sign into. It wasn't fancy, and breakfast wasn't either, but the price was good for the area and I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. The lobby and rooms were spacious, clean, and updated. I used mobile check-in and a digital key, so I hardly needed to talk to the front desk when I arrived. I did ask whether every floor had ice machines, and the receptionist was friendly and informative. She was helping someone else, so I overheard the continental breakfast hours. From what I heard, the staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable.

Raquel (aka Ro) checked us in and was kind, pleasant, sweet, knowledgeable, and professional. The TV and decor looked nicely upgraded recently. The room could use a clothes dresser and a comfortable desk chair.

We arrived in the middle of the night because of an emergency, and the staff were amazing. They were kind and caring and made sure we had more than we needed. The rooms smelled great and were clean, and even my kids said the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast wasn't hot food, but it was still good and we had no trouble getting enough to eat. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it. We'd stay again!

When the coffee ran out quickly because there were so many guests, Ro stopped what she was doing and brought more right away. That was so sweet of her, and it matters a lot to coffee drinkers like me.
