The pool and hot tub were clean and HOT, and the room was spacious and clean. We had two queen beds and a pull-out couch, with plenty of parking and lots of restaurants and delivery options nearby. Nyk at the front desk was amazing, kind, funny, and helpful. He got us checked in quickly and explained the hotel amenities.

I came back from work to find my gym shoes gone. They were $200 sneakers, and that’s completely unacceptable. The only day I’d asked for service during my three-night stay was that day, so I assume housekeeping may have taken them. My empty coffee cup was still on the counter. I’m glad I’d put my other valuables in the safe. I’ll ask for reimbursement, though I don’t know how long that will take, and I’ll update this if it’s resolved properly. Be careful, or put the sign on your door.

The rooms are spacious, and getting on and off the highway was very easy. We had a good stay, though getting extra towels took about half an hour. Apparently they were having trouble opening the storage room, and it took three employees. The bathroom could really use a fan.

The manager was kind and patient when helping me fix a mistake I’d made with a third-party booking. We were passing through on a road trip and chose HI after reading reviews. The hotel was great: clean, nicely lit rooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast included. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Booking room blocks for our travel softball team is usually a headache, but Demitrius, the sales manager, made it easy and even enjoyable. He was great to talk to and got me the information I needed quickly. I’ll keep trying to use Holiday Inn Express for our team’s travel.
