I tried to stay the night, but saw something crawling on the bed beside me. I got up to look and couldn’t see it clearly, so I used my phone flashlight. It looked like a flea. When I pulled back the linen on the bed I’d been lying in, I found the same bugs, only larger. They were bedbugs. I contacted the front desk and they moved me to another room. The front desk guy checked the beds in the first room and saw the same thing, bedbugs. He looked at the beds in the next room too and didn’t see anything there. I showered, then went to Walgreens to buy all kinds of sprays. This was serious, and I couldn’t stand the thought of staying there, so I drove two hours in the early morning to feel comfortable. The hotel manager, candi, told me my payment would be refunded. But after I left the property, she said I wouldn’t get a refund because I’d showered in the second room.

The location isn't ideal, and the tiny pillows made the bed super uncomfortable. There were five of them, more like couch cushions or decorations than proper pillows. Anyone saying the bed and pillows are great is either lying or fake. The rest was okay, but those pillows earn it one star.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel after that experience. When I asked to extend checkout because I'd worked all night, they gave me only 30 extra minutes, even though they said they weren't full and I explained why I needed the time. Checkout was 11:00, so they could have let me stay until 1:00. Then they left a balance on my room until the cleaners checked it and reported everything was fine, despite already charging a $50 incidental fee. I was waiting for my receipt when the desk employee took a call and helped that person first. I'd told her I was exhausted and needed to get some rest before working that night. She said the caller was getting mad, so she had to deal with them first. You're better off under a bridge. Don't stay here.

I was turned away because I had the temporary printout for my renewed Oklahoma license. The replacement can take up to 30 days to arrive by mail. I flew here three days ago, yet couldn't check into a two-star hotel. Absolutely unreal.
