The housekeeping ladies were super friendly and accommodating. I wish the managers would leave their offices, get off their cell phones, and inspect the rooms, because these problems could be fixed quickly. We were staying for seven days, and when we arrived there was what looked like vomit, possibly from a dog, in a corner. Staff cleaned it up when I pointed it out, but nobody offered another room or any kind of compensation. A very cold draft came in under the heater/AC unit. We tried blocking it with pillows since the issue was never fixed, and thankfully I’d brought my electric blanket. There was also a guy I think was named Chris helping with breakfast. I found it odd that he wore gloves into the kitchen, then answered the phone, opened a door, and went to the front desk to do something, all with the same gloves on. He came back to put out food and only then removed and threw the gloves away. I didn’t understand why he wore them.

The staff were nice and breakfast was good. It felt like an older hotel with some updated areas and others still needing work. It was neither bad nor great.

A solid stay all around. The rooms were clean and secure, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff were friendly, too. The location is handy for shopping and food. If you want Panera, it’s a one-minute-or-less walk across the parking lot.

Even with construction going on, getting on and off US10 was super easy. There are tons of restaurants, shopping, and other things nearby. The room and bathroom were clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets smelled fresh and new. Breakfast included waffles, sausage, cereal, fruit, juices, and more. It’s a very nice place for the price, and I’d definitely stay again.

We had to cancel a week ahead because of illness and were still charged the fee. Be sure to read the reservation email carefully: they WILL charge you unless you cancel 21 days before your reservation. Very sad. Just be aware!
