There are shops and restaurants right next door, and the condos are beautiful and conveniently located. Just keep in mind that there's no AC if you're visiting in summer.

The building is older and there's only one small parking space, but it's close to a lot of things. I'm new to the area, so I don't have any local places to compare it with.
