Hampton Inn & Suites Avon Indianapolis

Brechelle made the weekend feel personal and special. She was a bright, happy face when I was rushing to check in before rehearsal on Thursday, and again when my husband and I got back Friday night. I believe she also took some lovely photos for my aunts and uncles before they left for the ceremony. She's a fantastic employee, and if the leadership team didn't know she's a gem before, they do now. We were in town for our wedding, and the sales team helped with our wedding block throughout the planning. The room was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and other things we needed. The pool was small, but the temperature and size felt perfect to me. Breakfast was delicious for a complimentary meal. We're so happy we chose to stay here. Thank you!

Five months later, I'm still waiting for my refund. I paid online through booking.com for a room at Hampton Inn Avon, IN, on 7/13/2025. When I arrived, the hotel said they hadn't received payment. I told the front desk I'd already paid, and they assured me I wouldn't be charged twice, so I gave them my credit card. The next day my account showed two charges. When I called the hotel, they said one was a hold that would drop off. I've contacted booking.com several times and sent statements showing that the payments were sent to the hotel. This has been horrible customer service.

We stayed here for the National FFA Convention and Expo. The property was clean and well kept, and the staff were really nice and accommodating. There were also several restaurants close by.

Our room on the fifth and top floor was spacious and quiet, and everything was clean and smelled fresh. There were enough towels for both of us. The bed was moderately comfortable, the desk and dresser combination was cool, and the couch was comfy.
