We paid $844 for three nights, and I really wish the pool had been warm enough to use. We stayed four days and three nights with kids who were excited to swim, but it was much too cold the whole time. When we told the front desk, they didn’t seem concerned and said someone had come to fix it the week before. Maybe they should have that person come back and try again. The rooms and hotel were nice, and breakfast was decent, just the usual hotel fare.

Most of my stay was fine, but on the last morning the front desk mistakenly marked me as checked out. Around 9 a.m., a maid walked straight into my room without knocking. I felt violated and unsafe, and the manager didn’t seem to care much. They apologized and offered points, but no refund, and that didn’t make things right for me. If you’re a woman traveling alone, I wouldn’t stay here. I don’t feel this hotel puts your safety first.

The staff were fine and everything was clean, but I won’t risk staying here again. Bright lights came through the curtains at night, and outside there was an intermittent screech that started during the day, was still going when I got back at 10 p.m., and carried on through the night and into the next day. Staff didn’t seem to know what it was. I got no more than two hours of sleep. It felt like a night in prison; I’d ask about the noise before booking.
