The room was pretty clean, but it felt very aged. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that we hardly slept, and the thin walls weren’t great for a romantic weekend away. The free breakfast from the restaurant was a nice bonus. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately, I wouldn’t return for the reasons above.

I’ve loved coming here since I was a kid. The big elk mount above the tables and the squirrels trying to steal bird seed from the feeder outside the window make it feel like such a homey, comfy place to eat. The restaurant always has great food, and the breakfast and burgers are some of the best in town. I also love having Sandi as a waitress. She goes above and beyond for customers, really setting the bar for good wait staff, and they always keep your drink topped up.

We only ate at the restaurant, a charming little diner. The booths were comfortable, the food was decent, and the wait staff were super nice. Sometimes you just have to go with the classic.

I like places like this. It’s not a franchise, the staff are very nice, and the room was clean and pleasant. You can park right in front of most rooms. The adjoining restaurant’s free breakfast wasn’t extravagant, but it was a good meal and a good start to a day on the road. Many thanks!

Keisha (I really hope I spelled that correctly) was an absolute angel. She welcomed me when I arrived super late, and my Bernese pup really enjoyed meeting her. She makes this motel a true gem. It was the perfect road trip stop for my mom, dog, and me. Thank you for your hospitality!❤️
