I left almost as soon as I saw the room. There were cockroaches, and the ceiling had huge cobwebs even though the woman told me to plug in the fridge because they clean behind it. I got my money back downstairs and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. The whole place felt rundown, sketchy, and smelled bad. I’m now convinced a hotel can be worse than I thought possible. There are people living there long term, and the manager seemed to know people coming and going. I’m suspicious of how it has so many stars and think they may be offering discounts for good reviews. Taking cash should’ve been a red flag. Don’t stay here.

For $92, I expected a clean room, but my husband ended up sweeping the floor himself. There were wrappers in the drawers, junk on the floor, a bottle of body wash in the bathroom, and chapstick in the freezer. The heat barely worked, either. This place wasn’t worth $10 for a night, never mind $92. I wish I could give it zero stars.

My partner logan, our cat, and I have been here since we were evicted in April. It’s been a place to get another chance and start rebuilding some hope. The staff are amazing and friendly, and the neighbors are nice, too. People are just trying to get by until they find an apartment. It’s an older motel that’s been spruced up, and housekeeping does its best to keep things clean. I just wish the weekly rooms had a bigger fridge with a freezer.

The patio was a nice part of the stay, with sliding glass doors from the room and a fenced yard with grills and picnic tables. Staff were friendly, and it wasn’t a bad experience, so I’d come back. The room could’ve been a bit cleaner, though, and the bathroom sink faucet was very loose. There were cigarette butts on the patio, so ashtrays or butt containers might help. The hotel could also use some cosmetic attention, like fresh paint, updated curtains and bedspreads, and artwork in the rooms.

My daughter-in-law was trying to get away from her 4-year-old son’s things for a while after he passed away, and this hotel was what she could afford. There were cockroaches, and the room’s light switches and power didn’t work. The staff were rude, and when I called to ask for a refund, they refused. The assistant manager was especially rude and didn’t seem to care. Don’t waste your money or stay here. They should be put out of business.
