Drury Inn & Suites Grand Rapids

My husband arrived late, but he could still get dinner at the Kitchen & Bar without having to go back out. That was a real plus. This was our fourth Drury Inn & Suites, and it’s definitely among the best we’ve stayed at. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were some of the most professional, friendly, and accommodating people I’ve dealt with. Wish I could give it 10 stars. We’ll be back!

I live in West MI and needed somewhere to stay in town during a packed work week with long days. It felt like a home away from home. The front desk team member, Maya, was warm, friendly, and accommodating. The General Manager is said to be meticulous about the look and feel of the place, and you can see it: everything was spotless, neat, tidy, and comfortable, with no worn feeling. That’s true of this Drury Inn chain in my experience. Five-star quality. WOW, thank you, and thanks again to Maya for the hospitality!

We went for a staycation to get out of the house, and the staff made it even nicer. Everyone was helpful, polite, sweet, and really kind. The kick back starts at 5:30 every evening, with buffet-style food, plus three free alcoholic drinks or wine, whatever you choose. Dinner and breakfast are included, and there’s free pop and popcorn too. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. There’s a nice pool and a big hot tub. We’ll definitely be back soon. There are plenty of things to do nearby, and the room was clean while the staff were kind and helpful. We also had a pool, hot tub, and exercise room, with complimentary continental breakfast in the morning and dinner at night. Dinner includes up to three mixed drinks per night. The pool area gets loud really quickly and could use baffling, but that’s honestly my only complaint. This was the best hotel experience I could ask for. It was a very nice stay, and we’ll definitely come back.
