They charged extra for a key, and the bathroom had a pregnant roach waiting for me. The towels were dirty, the sheets stained, the pillows yellow, and the smell was awful. THEY JUST NEED TO SHUT DOWN.

This place is nasty, filthy, and not clean or sanitary at all. The work is poor, they don't give refunds, and they won't even offer to move you to a different room. Only come here if you're desperate, heads up.

The rooms were so dirty, there was stuff on the covers and the towels were dirty too. They won't give you a refund, and the customer service was bad. DON'T RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!

We came as a family because the hurricane situation left us with no choice. We have health problems, and the heat where we were staying had become difficult. Some of the staff seemed pretty friendly. Prices felt hyped up, though, and when we got back with our things, there was a rolling cart but no elevator for the upstairs rooms, so we had to carry everything up. There was a sign for continental breakfast, but at breakfast time there was only juice and coffee, available from 6 to 9 a.m. When my mom asked about it, the guy looked at us like we shouldn't be asking, checked his books behind the counter, then walked away. The microwave didn't work, and we couldn't use the pool. It seemed like only the wife, husband, and her mom, mother-in-law, or father-in-law were working, and they seemed to be struggling. If they get the place cleaned up and in order, it could be a great hotel. I wish them well and hope it's better next time we pass through.
