There’s no AC, drug dealers hang out in the parking lot, and the beds and pillows feel like 2x4s. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially families with kids.

The owners charge ridiculous rates for the area and the state of the rooms. The staff and owners are rude and make assumptions. Just because the business is in a bad location doesn’t mean they should treat potential renters the way they treat locals around there.

It’s clean and you can stay by the week or day. The neighborhood is bad, but management keeps things safe and doesn’t let people hang around. You need to bring your own towels, bathroom supplies, and kitchen stuff, which is fine with me. There are washers, dryers, kitchen nets, and full refrigerators, but no maid service. It’s quiet, and the manager is very, very nice. There’s a picnic area, and gas stations and stores are nearby, down from the mall. I’m happy here.

It was convenient and clean overall, though it smells old-fashioned and could use a deep cleaning and a lot more brightness. The place feels very old-school and needs remodeling, including the rooms. The TV is lousy, with no reception.
