The Bistro breakfast was nicely prepared and generous, so its prices seemed more reasonable once we saw the portions. We stayed Saturday night in February. Parking was easy in the attached garage, check-in went smoothly, and our room was clean. The location was great.

The room photos make the place look older than it felt in person. I thought it was much nicer than the pictures suggested, and I’d stay here again when I’m back in Baltimore. Check-in was super easy, the room was clean, and I got a great night’s sleep. The front desk was welcoming and gave us useful details about the marathon and street closures, which helped me reach my destination.

The front desk response made an already bad morning worse. When I reported the problem, I was told I “should have told her sooner,” which felt dismissive and showed no empathy or responsibility. Problems happen, but the way they’re handled matters, and this left a lasting bad impression. I expected much better and would hesitate to stay again. On the morning of an early flight in mid-December, there was no hot water in my room. Going into a winter travel day without being able to shower is more than an inconvenience. It’s a basic expectation at a hotel.

The location is great and the rooms were clean, but the hot water was unpredictable. On the first night the shower stayed really cold for several minutes. The next night it was cold at first, then got warmer after I stayed in longer. When I showered early the following morning, it was hot. I wonder if demand is the issue, but they may need more or newer water heaters.
