This isn’t a hotel anymore. It’s a homeless shelter, and Google simply hasn’t updated its information. As a shelter, it seems quite nice. I’ve driven a couple of people who stayed there, and they all said it was nice and safe. Safety is a big concern in shelters, and this is one of the few where everyone says both they and their belongings were safe. They help people get medical, substance abuse, and mental health services. After you’ve been there a while, they’ll help you find permanent housing. It’s a great resource for families and couples getting back on their feet.

Everyone we met was kind, quick, and happy to help. The shower was the best I’ve had in a hotel, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it.

The hotel is perfectly placed for the Inner Harbor, which we enjoyed during Fleet Week and the airshow. Our room was roomy and very clean, and breakfast had plenty to choose from, including healthy options alongside hot and cold dishes. Over our three nights, staff were consistently cheerful and welcoming. Check-in felt exactly how you hope to be treated, and Andrea was especially helpful, making sure our crib was already in the room. Highly recommend.

Valet parking was our only option, at $36 a night, about what you'd expect downtown. They looked after the car well and brought it around within a few minutes. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff friendly and professional, always willing to make an extra effort. It was also a great-value place to stay near the Inner Harbor. We plan to return soon.

The breakfast had a decent spread, things like eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, juice, and bagels, though it didn't taste very good and I wouldn't pay extra for it. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was construction going on, and I saw workers, but it didn't bother me and I heard nothing during my one-night stay. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the harbor and roughly as close to Little Italy. I'd stay again.
