The location made getting around easy, with restaurants and attractions nearby. Everything felt organized and well managed, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff stayed attentive throughout my visit and were welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. My room at the Hilton Baltimore was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a great bed and lovely city views. The hotel was beautifully maintained. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, and I had no problems. But check-in at 4 p.m. is too late. Hotels keep moving it from 2 to 3 and now 4, and it feels like they’re taking advantage. They need to do better with hiring housekeepers. I guess next time check-in will be at 4 p.m.

Such a wonderful place to stay! The room was good, the pool was excellent, and breakfast was amazing. Chef Northan makes a yummy omelet, and Derrell is professional and friendly.

The hotel is especially convenient if you’re coming to Baltimore for an Orioles game. Camden Yards is right next door, and you can see inside from your hotel room. The restaurant is beautiful and the service is nice. The surrounding area could still use a bit more investment, but the staff make you feel welcome and safe, and the building itself is simply beautiful.

The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure our room was ready for our toddler, and we really appreciated it since they didn’t have to do that. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable by hotel standards, and the location worked well for Baltimore. Great experience. I strongly recommend it.
