The towels were threadbare and had holes in them. I can't believe a hotel charging this much puts such worn-out towels in paying guests' rooms. Come on, Revival team, do better. The wooden corners of the bed are very sharp too, so watch your feet if you're walking to the bathroom in the dark. That complaint aside, it's a lovely hotel in a great location. The neighborhood is quaint, right across from the first Washington Monument, and an easy walk from downtown Baltimore. The free charm city circulator bus is easy to use. The Art Museum is about five minutes away, and the first Basilica in the US is nearby too. Our room was large, spacious, nicely decorated, and had great amenities and an amazing view. The hotel has lovely accents throughout and is aesthetically pleasing. Staff were friendly enough. The rooftop restaurant Topside had good food and amazing views.

The property itself was beautiful, and the room block for our wedding last month worked well for the guests once they arrived. The front desk team were friendly and accommodating, and made sure everyone received their welcome gift bags smoothly. We'd happily return when visiting Baltimore based on the stay itself. Planning the block was a different experience. I plan events professionally and regularly work with hotel chains, but communication and support before the stay were disappointing. I often felt my questions were treated as an inconvenience, even though this kind of coordination is a standard part of managing a group block. One guest missed that she had to use the direct booking link for the discounted rate. She called the hotel and was told her reservation had been added to our block, but it ultimately didn't count toward attrition, despite being booked directly through Hotel Revival’s website rather than a third party like Expedia or HotelsOne. That caused avoidable confusion and stress during an already busy planning period. When I asked for clarification about the rooming list, I was often told the sales team was in back-to-back meetings and couldn't take a call. I understand schedules get busy, but more proactive communication would have made a real difference. The hotel and location are lovely, though anyone planning a room block should be ready for a less smooth process than at some other properties.

We stayed one night for a show at The Lyric, and it was a perfect visit. Parking was a little difficult, as expected in the city. The front desk staff were nice and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and just right. Before we arrived, they messaged to check that we had everything we needed. We didn't try the restaurant, though other guests staying there at the same time spoke well of it. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

A nice price, too, and I can't wait to come back. My short stay was really pleasant. The room was clean, stylish, comfortable, and in good repair, with everything I needed and nothing extra. I especially liked having real mugs for my morning coffee instead of paper cups. I didn't get to the downstairs bar, but I've been upstairs before and it's nice. The location is super, just steps from the Walters Museum and Peabody, and close to downtown and Station North. Plenty of bars and restaurants are within walking distance.

Had a happy hour on the 14th floor with panoramic views of Bmore, and would definitely recommend this charming hotel. The rooftop view is lovely, and my room was very comfortable, with a great look and style and a nice view of the city. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.
