Brad and Nadine were warm, polished hosts, and the staff were wonderful too. Their creative breakfasts were excellent. Atlantean Cottage B&B is a beautiful 1903 Tudor Revival home that keeps its historic charm while offering modern comforts. The property looks lovely inside and out, and it’s conveniently placed for exploring Bar Harbor and getting to Acadia. We wouldn’t change a thing, except maybe stay longer. Thanks for having us, Brad and Nadine!

Brad and Nadine are gracious hosts with plenty of helpful knowledge about Acadia and what to see there. The included off-street parking was a welcome bonus, and Main Street is just steps away. We stayed two nights at the Atlantean Cottage while visiting Bar Harbor and really enjoyed it. Our room was lovely and matched its online description, and breakfast was a special treat. We’d gladly return.

Everything around town is an easy walk from the Atlantean, making it a great B&B for Bar Harbor. Brad and Nadine made sure we had what we needed to feel comfortable. Don’t skip breakfast, and it was lovely coming back to fresh afternoon cookies too. We’ll stay at the Atlantean again on our next trip to Acadia National Park.

Brad and Nadine were kind and helpful hosts, and the room was spotless and very quiet. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole stay was wonderful. I have a nut allergy, so Brad called me beforehand to confirm they could accommodate it, then walked me through the menu when I arrived and made sure the dishes served during my stay were nut-free. One practical note: the parking lot is small, so a smaller car might be easier. If we’re in bar harbor again, we’ll absolutely come back to the Atlantean.

Breakfast was the highlight, Brad and Nadine really know how to make a stay feel special. We also enjoyed the front porch and the other shared rooms, along with the self-serve cold water, ice, cookies, fruit, coffee, and more. Our Tallyrand Room was spacious and spotless, and the steam shower was a fun surprise. Acadia and Cadillac Mountain were quick to reach, while plenty of shops and restaurants were walkable. The location can’t be beat. I’d definitely recommend it.
