The team made the stay easy and stress-free, and everything in the room and around the property worked just as it should. I had what I needed to feel comfortable, and the amenities were a nice bonus. I really enjoyed my time here.

The leadership seems to care about the place, and the service and property quality were both great. The staff made it feel welcoming, almost like being at home, and the suites were spacious. The extras added value too. I'd give it five stars.

My room was spotless, and the staff were professional. The fitness center and breakfast were both very good, and the property was kept up exceptionally well. Management clearly takes pride in guests' experience. I'd recommend staying here for work or with family.

The breakfast was awful, and I started bringing my own plate and cup because theirs looked dirty. The food was really bad too. The only decent things were waffles on Saturday and oatmeal, until they stopped making it. At first, we were super itchy from fleas, and the place smells horrible even though they allow pets. There was a bad smell under the dishwasher when we arrived, so I had to clean it myself. Housekeeping often skips rooms, and when they do come, they don't clean the floors. They sometimes take the towels without leaving replacements, leave just one roll of toilet paper unless you ask for more, and sometimes leave the same sheets on the bed. I have cameras and can see how they work. This is a very nasty hotel.
