The rooms were clean and spacious, and it was very quiet. I’d stay again. It’s a cute, no-frills place with the old-school setup where you pull up to your door, which we appreciate. Breakfast over the weekend was chaotic, though. It’s open until 9:30 am, but that doesn’t seem to match when guests want to eat. Lots of people rushed in around 9:15, food was running low or gone, and the couple of eggs left were old and stuck to the paper. One woman made about six waffles, so everyone else had to wait, and there are only two waffle makers. We gave up and went into town to eat. The bathroom barn doors are annoying and offer no privacy. The room fridge barely managed to get things cold.

Peggy Sue at the front desk gave us awesome service, and we enjoyed our stay this weekend. The rooms were modern, clean, and well appointed. Since housekeeping only comes every three days, we needed to ask for extra towels. The man at the front desk seemed very irritated by the request. Apart from that, it was a nice stay.

Peggy Sue and Odette worked their magic when I had trouble booking, and made sure I had somewhere to stay. As a regular BW guest, I’ve seen plenty of rooms at this franchise, and this one was quite comfortable, clean, spacious, and smelled decent, with lots of outlets for my gadgets. I’d recommend it if you’re visiting Acadia and want to save a couple of bucks.

With four people and a dog, we had plenty of room. The bathroom was nice and clean, and there was a great area for walking the dog, with visits from local deer. It’s convenient for the national Park, downtown, and several good restaurants nearby. We loved our stay.

The room was just the right size for the two of us and our two dogs, with plenty of space on the property for dog walks. This is easily the best Best Western we’ve stayed at. The place is well kept and clean, the pool was refreshing and at a perfect temperature, and breakfast was delicious every morning. Peggy Sue and the rest of the staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend it for dog owners. We’ll definitely stay again.
