Best Western Huntington Mall Inn

I've been staying here almost every day for now, and I've watched the place come together. I was at one star six months ago, but I'm really enjoying it now. Changing brands and getting new owners brings a lot to handle, and some things can get forgotten or neglected during that kind of transition. Mr.H comes by daily. I’ve seen how he treats his employees, and when he has interacted with guests, he’s shown respect and gratitude. The staff are top notch. The second-floor housekeeper is amazing and really brightens the place, making sure everyone's needs are met. MRS. DONNA runs the front desk and, honestly, the whole place. She greets everyone, knows her job, and keeps things going. Mark, the GM, is here every day, works his full hours and extra when needed, and makes sure employees have what they need while staying professional even when mentally exhausted. The food is good in the morning, and the place is clean. About 90% of guests are out-of-town workers coming in daily with muddy boots, welding dust, tools, and grease. The hotel does what it's meant to do: house guests, keep them warm in winter, and provide water for showers. Some messes that other hotels might make a fuss about are just messes here. But parties, loud music, or drug activity are a firm no, not even a warning, you're out. Mr. H, you're doing good, man.
