The staff work hard around the clock and are great people. They're also friendly, and the rooms were clean. But we won't stay again. We were there for a couple of months, and the first room smelled strongly of mildew. I ended up with an upper respiratory infection, so they moved us and hung a moisture-remover bag. It filled up in two weeks. After checking out for nine days and coming back for a couple more, we left again because the dog urine smell was so bad that I started coughing. Coffee is only available from 6:30 to 9 a.m., there isn't a hot breakfast or business center, and the smoking area is meant for cigarettes. They said they can only stop people smoking inside, even though the area smelled of pot, which is only legal for medicinal use and could be a problem for people whose employers test for it. They also don't honor prices advertised on other sites, saying they don't set those prices and will ask the sites to remove them.

The staff have been courteous and nice, and it was a very comfortable place for a short stay. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

I've stayed here for years when visiting family in Bartlesville, and my last visit in January had no real issues. This time was completely different. The hallways and rooms smelled bad, and there were stains on the carpet, so we kept our shoes on the whole time. The manager was unfriendly and unhelpful at check-in. In the room, the AC didn't work, the bed was broken, and there was no shower curtain, towels, hand soap, or shampoo. I raised it with the same manager the next morning, and all she offered was a 20% discount and an apology. I told her we wouldn't return, and she didn't seem to care. The place has gone downhill quickly, and I'd strongly discourage anyone from staying.

The staff have been honest, kind, respectful, and fun to talk to. When we had an AC issue, they acted quickly and got it fixed. They're still remodeling to make the place look nicer, but it hasn't been a problem or too noisy. It's actually been quieter than where we lived before. The coffee in the morning is fantastic, the price is reasonable, and the central location means it takes less than ten minutes to get anywhere in town. We've been here a few days and like it a lot, so give the place a chance.
