We came for a swim meet and wanted a quiet hotel with a great breakfast and a shower with plenty of hot water. We got all of that, plus excellent customer service from every employee we met. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was great. The bathroom door in my room wouldn't lock, and opening the room door made the wind push it open while someone was inside. The A/C also wouldn't stay on. It cooled the room briefly, then shut off and let it warm back up. We couldn't work out how to turn off E Save, which I guess was making it switch off.

Our room was nice, and housekeeping did a thorough job. The pool never opened during our stay, even though it was one of the main reasons we booked. When we asked why the website still showed it as available, the front desk said, “The pool is fine. It’s the wall behind it that’s getting repaired.” But if my kids can't swim in it, it's not available. The manager promised a lower rate for the rest of our stay, which would have saved about $100. At checkout we were charged full price. The front desk employee didn't know how to fix it, tried several times to reach the manager, and finally said he'd be in the next day. We called multiple times the next day and left messages, but got no response. I'd have rated the stay four stars despite the closed pool, but management's lack of professionalism means I don't want to stay there again.

A good stay overall. The old key card readers were finicky, and the food options nearby weren't great, though that's not the hotel's fault.

The room was clean, and breakfast was pretty good. I took off a star because housekeeping knocked early before checkout and tried to come in.
