Covered Bridge House

The riverfront backyard was a lovely setting, with tubes and firewood available. We found the owners attentive and wonderful, and breakfast was lovely each morning. It’s a reasonably priced, traditional B&B with its own charms, quite different from a hotel or short term rental. Call ahead to ask about the individual rooms and make sure one suits your needs. A great option in the area, highly recommend it.

Breakfast was a highlight. You could choose eggs made any style or another dish, and we had pumpkin waffles, cinnamon apple French toast, and walnut pancakes. Everything was delicious and well made. Our room was cozy, and the shower had great water pressure and temperature, especially on chilly nights. The location worked perfectly for nearby hiking trails, scenic drives, and attractions. We’d happily stay here again. Thanks for a great visit!

The owners were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us plan our vacation. My wife and I loved the homey, cute rooms, and breakfast was delicious every morning. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back.

The Saco river runs right behind this cute B&B, and we got to float in the provided tubes on a lovely day. It’s also a handy spot for hiking, with town just a short drive away. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the owners were friendly. The muffins at breakfast were especially good. We’ll definitely return, and highly recommend it for a weekend away.
