Aspenalt Lodge

We were working in Aspen and needed to add time to our stay. Denise made the extension really easy, and she's wonderful. It was also nice to chat with a down-to-earth longtime local, which isn't always what you find around here. The way she treated us is why we'll stay here again. Thanks, Denise!

I was in room 108, and a loud tapping kept coming from inside the walls and ceiling through most of the night. It was so annoying and loud that I barely slept. I showed videos of it to the front desk associate and politely raised the issue, but she seemed not to care at all. The only thing she said was that her manager was out of town in miami. I don't know if it happens in every room, but I wouldn't recommend staying here if you need a good night's rest. I wish I could attach the videos so people could hear how bad it was.

The river view was fantastic, parking was easy, and there was a good range of quick breakfast items. Service was great, with polite and helpful staff. The bus to Aspen is less than a five-minute walk away, which worked well for our day there. Our room was clean, comfortable, and a reasonable size. For the price, this is a very good option, easily comparable to mid-priced rooms at bigger chains.

Very clean and affordable, with breakfast included. It's about 20 minutes before Aspen and Snowmas. The beds could use an upgrade, though. Most people staying here are travelers who mainly need a good night's sleep, so better beds would make a difference.
