There didn't seem to be a way to check in or ask about availability in person in the lobby. A sign on the door told people to scan a QR code or text a phone number.

Please disinfect the showers and tubs. We also needed coffee in the morning at the front desk, but ended up going to McDonald's.

Breakfast had plenty of choices: eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles made yourself or from the toaster, PopTarts, bananas, and more. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, though the carpet looked quite dirty, as if it had been vacuumed but not properly cleaned in a while. The pool wasn't open and looked like it hadn't been maintained for some time. Half the hotel was closed off. There are no elevators, and the stairs to the second floor are pretty steep, which could be a problem for some people. It's near the college and other businesses, and I'd stay again.

The room was dirty when we arrived, and the girl at the desk was kind and tried calling the manager. She was told, “I do not work off the clock figure it out!” The employee seemed new and unsure what to do. She went to look for a clean room and moved us, leaving the front desk unattended. That room smelled of mold and cigarettes, had no hot water, and was awful. Breakfast was just generic oatmeal, muffins, and donuts, despite what was advertised. The website photos deserve credit; the place looked much better in them. The manager said she buys the breakfast items, and the dirty rooms are management's problem, not the staff's. A manager who won't help an employee isn't a team player, and I'd fire her first. This is a horribly disgusting hotel. Don't waste your money at the Ramada. If I could give a negative star, I would.

For $80 a room, even with the complimentary continental breakfast, this place was a dump. Our first room was under maintenance, with holes in the walls and no working appliances. The very polite women at the desk moved us to another room, where the carpet was frayed and lifting by the door, and the room smelled like a damp basement. The phone didn't work, apparently anywhere in the hotel. The shower had no hot water, the bathroom vanity faucet barely trickled, and the water-damaged door was falling apart. We were afraid to shut it fully in case we couldn't get out or it came off the hinges. Breakfast was bread but no toaster, flavored instant oatmeal but no hot water, rock-hard mini muffins, and cold coffee. The desk response was, “I'm sorry... that's all we got honey”. Don't waste your money here.
