Gus really made things easier for my family while we were waiting to get a home of our own. He was especially nice and accommodating, and the rest of the hotel staff were very kind too. Some of the other guests were nasty, which was our one complaint. If I need a hotel again, this one will be high on my list. Please let Gus know the Wilson family appreciates what a great employee he is. He deserves a raise!

The staff seemed friendly enough, which was about the only upside. The second room had at least been cleaned, but only just: the refrigerator smelled awful and still had open drinks in it, the floor was sticky, and the sheets were stained. Our first room clearly hadn't been cleaned at all, with an unmade bed and money left on it. The second floor smelled of old cigarettes, and the soap odor in the lobby was so strong I could taste it. My wife could smell it on me when I came back to the car after checking in. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the poor soundproofing kept us from getting much sleep. This was one of the dirtiest, smelliest hotels I've stayed in. I'd highly recommend staying somewhere else.

It's an extended stay, so you mostly see the same people, and the guests were generally polite to each other. I didn't see any major incidents during my stay of a few weeks. Still, one older man had a big bulldog that seemed aggressive when people or pets got close, and he could barely control it. Several guests complained, and he'd get an attitude if you came out with your own dog or alone while his was out. My dog is part bulldog with a few other breeds, but she's been raised properly and behaved well. The employees leave you alone, though they're helpful when you ask at the front desk. Rooms are cleaned only once every two weeks unless you pay extra, so bring supplies. You also have to pay for dishes and a coffee pot, which I think is ridiculous. Prices are a little high if you have pets, and the charge is nonrefundable. It's been an alright place overall.

I've been here less than 24 hours and I'm already glad I chose this place. A huge thank you to Kristen at the front desk. She ran around four floors and countless rooms to find me a preferred TV. She could have just said none were available, but she went out of her way to help, and I'm really grateful.
