Had a nice room and sooo much fun. I’d visit again.

The prices are very affordable, and the bed was really comfortable. The spacious, nice room came with a kitchen, and everything is close by. Management was helpful and understanding. Highly recommend.

We thought a fairly new hotel would be clean and nice, and booked it as a possible recommendation for visitors coming to a nearby event. We were glad we checked it out before recommending it. We’d even planned to make a fun little night of looking around, but the stay was so bad we won’t send anyone here. I wouldn’t leave a dog in that room. The smell hit as soon as we entered. It stung my eyes and irritated my throat, like damp animals mixed with cat urine. The sheets had yellow stains, and as I moved around the room it seemed worse. Maybe they were coffee stains, maybe urine. Given the smell, I think they were urine. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. It felt like a bed had been put in a gas station bathroom. It looked as though this had once been a pretty room, but it had been completely neglected. The walls were in rough shape too. One had been patched, apparently after a large kick or a leak, and there was what looked like food splattered on it. The staff were dismissive and indifferent, which made the experience worse. We couldn’t believe they wouldn’t refund us when we weren’t staying because of what seemed like obvious neglect. I’ve never known a hotel to refuse a refund for that. It felt like profit mattered more than guest satisfaction, with people drawn in by the first impression only to find disgusting rooms. There are plenty of negative reviews that prospective guests should heed. We assumed its newness would make it convenient and nice for event visitors, but now seriously urge others to be cautious. It felt like a money grab with no care for customers. Maybe they’ll consider hiring a cleaner, using bleach on the sheets, and getting a maintenance person.

They wouldn’t let me check in without my husband’s card, even though we had two rooms reserved. Once we got to the room, the TV didn’t work. After only 45 minutes, police knocked on the door because someone had called 911 from our room. None of us touched the phone. This place is a joke. We left after about an hour and will ask for our money back.
