Rodeway Inn & Suites

We had a clean, nicely sized accessible room. The person who helped us was friendly and attentive to details. The only problem was that GPS took us to a different address, so it took a while to find the place.

The room was clean and fresh, and the location suited where I needed to be. I’ve stayed three times now and have always been happy.

The rooms were nice, no complaint there, but next time I’ll look for somewhere better. I arrived late because it was convenient to family whose home was full of guests. The lobby was closed, so I was served at a window in the hallway. The attendant was a little rude, and the one night cost $85 plus tax, which felt too high for the area. I was too tired to look for another place and needed to rest. There’s no discount, in case you’re wondering, though I know that’s their prerogative and we all ask. Breakfast runs from 6:30 to 9:00 a.m. They called it continental, but when I went down there was only coffee, a bun, and Fruit Loops. Don’t expect more than that.

We reserved a non-smoking room, but at check-in the front desk woman told us only smoking rooms were available. She spoke rudely and condescendingly to my husband every time she said anything. The mattress was cheap and very uncomfortable, and so was the couch. We were extremely disappointed and will never return.
