I spent Spring break in March 2026 at Perry's in Daytona Beach Shores. Mary at the front desk was especially kind and attentive to what I needed. She arranged an earlier check-in and was helpful and polite throughout. My oceanfront kitchenette room was spotless, with excellent views of the grounds and beach. It was the best vacation, and I owe it all to Perry's.

The Perry Estate gave us a calm break from city life, with misty mountain views and a peaceful setting that made it easy to relax and reconnect with nature. The property in Kothagiri is surrounded by beautiful hills and greenery, and balances comfort with a sense of luxury. Our elegant, well-kept room had a lovely view, and the food was delicious and nicely presented. The staff were attentive and courteous, and made us feel welcome throughout. A great choice for couples, families, or anyone after a restful stay. I'd happily return.

It was so peaceful and beautiful, with an amazing view and a really clean room. I was exhausted and just wanted to relax, and the staff went above and beyond, even letting us check in early. It was just what the doctor ordered. I'll definitely be back.

Our mother-daughter girls' trip at Perry's has been a tradition for years. We've watched the resort change through hurricanes and construction, and this latest stay was the best one yet. Mary was absolutely wonderful, and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. We'll be back. Thanks to everyone at Perry's for another memorable stay.

We loved the indoor pool and hot tub, and there were very yummy donuts in the morning too. The property is huge and beautiful, with close beach access, and our room was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed and more. Toni- Ann was helpful from check-in through the whole stay. A big thank you to her and everyone at the resort for making it feel like a pleasant home away from home. We'll be back!
