Econo Lodge Beaumont I-10 South

I've stayed at several other hotels in Beaumont, but this is the one I keep returning to. It's half the price of the others I've tried and so much better. The hotel is wonderful, clean, well managed, and comfortable. The owners are very nice and accommodating.

The staff were very friendly at check-in, and I found the room clean with a comfortable bed. My only complaint was having to haul my luggage upstairs because there was no elevator, which was a bit difficult. I don't expect every hotel to have one, though.

For this price, I can't believe how clean and well maintained the place is. The fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and other things all worked well, and everyone on staff, including at the desk, was friendly. It's the best hotel I've stayed at while driving a truck.

I was worn out after vacation and needed to get off the road. I’m 71, driving after dark in fog and drizzle, with worn wipers, flooding in the forecast, and construction all around. This small motel made stopping feel safe. We parked in a well-lit spot by the entrance and got a room on the first floor near the lobby. The man at the desk was especially pleasant. Our room was clean and nice, the beds were very comfortable, and the price was reasonable. We left rested and ready to drive the next morning.
