OYO Townhouse Beaumont Medical Center Area I-10

I checked in Monday 11/3/2025, and that night the room was overrun with roaches. I complained and ended up sleeping in my car. The front desk said they’d take care of it, but when I returned after work the next day, there were roaches on the bed. I checked out and told the clerk, who directed me to Expedia for a refund. The hotel is refusing to return my money. I even had to fumigate my suitcase. Stay at your own risk.

My husband went to check in for the reservation he’d made, and they told him they’d given his room away. He didn’t even stay an hour, but they still won’t refund him. That’s $500 down the drain. Bad business, just money hungry.

The manager had housekeeping enter my room while I was in the bathroom. I heard her tell them to take whatever they wanted because I’d never know. Once they realized I was there, the manager blocked my name so I couldn’t get keys to the room I’d paid for. Ridiculous place, bad management.

The staff were super nice, the internet was awesome, and the elevator worked. My room was spacious and they cleaned it every day. It had a nice kitchenette with a big fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, stovetop, ironing board, a table, and two chairs. There’s an ice machine and vending machine downstairs, plus laundry, $2 to wash and $2 to dry. I’d definitely go back.
