The ski in/out location was great, and the facility was clean and nice. I found the entrance code confusing, though, and never figured out where the hot tub was. Bring your own dishwasher pods, and it would help to have a guest service contact card in the room.
We stayed in condo #212, a three bedroom unit with ski in access. It was in very nice condition, though very pricey. The large living room has picture windows overlooking the slopes, and there’s also a big modern kitchen, modern bathrooms, ski boot dryers and a nice dining area. The front desk was extremely helpful and can set up things like grocery deliveries and transportation.
Our blender was broken, but after I called the front office they brought a replacement within a couple of hours. They also checked that everything else was OK and that we were happy with the condo. Great service. Highlands Slopeside is in an excellent spot, with easy access to and from the lifts.
The condo had some nice appointments, but it needs repairs. Several light switches are worn out, the heater in one bathroom is very loud, and the upstairs bathroom commode doesn’t fill or flush properly. Even with those issues, I can’t think of a better place to stay at any price. It’s very expensive, but worth every penny. There are true ski in, Ski Out condos in this building, and the building itself is true ski in, Ski out.
