The little conveniences made our ski days so easy: our skis were waiting outside each morning, the lift was only about a five-minute walk across the snowy bridge, and we could leave our boots behind and borrow slippers if needed. My wife is a green skier, so the Strawberry lift was less useful for her because of the steep blue runs on the way down. The other lift behind the hotel gave her easier access to green runs. We also loved the fresh breakfast, with a nice mix of healthy choices, and the afternoon cocoa and apple cider with mini marshmallows and peppermint. I’d head to the hot tub each afternoon in the bathrobe they provided. Above all, the staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. We both had a great stay at the Osprey and will be back.

The staff made this trip for us. They were warm from the moment we arrived, and so patient with our active kids and their many requests for crescent rolls. Everyone helped with a smile, which felt special. Our 2-queen room was the only option left when we booked late in the season, but it turned out to be spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The hotel was clean and easy to enjoy, with hot chocolate at 3pm each day, a treat even on our pool day. Being steps from the village made it easy to get to ski school, shops, and restaurants. We had an amazing stay at The Osprey and absolutely plan to return.

We’re looking forward to our visit to The Osprey, December 14-19, 2025. People have been recommending it to us for the last three years. If anyone else will be there that week with teens and might want to arrange a private intermediate lesson or something similar, let me know. It depends on the snow, of course. 😉🤞

Madison at the front desk made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. She was attentive, professional, and kind, and took care of what we needed quickly. I had an excellent experience and would recommend the place. The location is very good, too.
