The price made us expect basic courtesy and good hospitality, but the service was terrible. From arrival, the women working there came across as rude and unwelcoming, with no warmth or professionalism. When we were leaving, an employee came up aggressively and harassed us over supposedly walking the wrong way. She could have simply pointed us in the right direction, but instead confronted us in a hostile and unnecessary way. It was unacceptable, and we won't return. I've literally been treated better at a Motel.

Being verbally abused while I was trying to enjoy Beaver Creek's beautiful scenery with my family left a sour taste, and I won't be back anytime soon. Ann Moberg, the building “manager,” has done this to me and other residents and guests. I have access to a recording of her berating a resident and their family for no obvious reason. She expects respect that she doesn't give others. The Board should seriously consider removing her from the role.

The mountain access is a big advantage here. Strawberry Express Lift is the quickest way up, and it tends to be the least crowded. There's also a ski locker with ski-in access, a fitness center, a pool, and a short walk to the village. The condos are beautiful, and the management is lovely, welcoming, and accommodating. We've skied at Beaver Creek for 23 seasons and tried different places to stay. Strawberry Park Condominium is among the best we've stayed in.

The location works perfectly for whatever kind of skier you are. I only took off a star because the hot tub wasn't working. During ski season, you'd expect that to be fixed right away.

We were only waiting for our CME to pick us up for the airport, but the receptionist treated us like trash. She was incredibly rude. After that, she took away any desire I had to stay at Strawberry Park Condos.
