Crossings by GrandStay® – Becker / Big Lake

Jennifer at the front desk made our stay easy and was so helpful. The hotel was clean and inviting, and the staff kept everything looking nice, especially over the holidays. We were all happy with our stay and would definitely come back. Thanks for the great customer service, and please keep Jennifer and the rest of the staff around. She was the person we dealt with most.

The gathering room worked really well for our family group, and breakfast was very nice. Staff were wonderful whenever we needed help, no complaints about them. We enjoyed the stay, though we had to redo seven room keys because they wouldn't work. The king bed was much too firm and uncomfortable.

The Christmas touches made the stay feel special: a hot cocoa bar, candy canes, and a spot for the kids to write letters to Santa. My family and I, dogs included, stayed at GrandStay Hotel & Suites last weekend, and it was such a nice change. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was great, the pool was warm, and the staff were friendly. I would have preferred firmer beds, but the little details and relaxing atmosphere made this a wonderful surprise. We won't forget it, and we'll be back. Thanks to the whole staff.

My car broke down, so I was stuck needing somewhere to stay until the mechanic shop opened. Jennifer was amazing and accommodating, and got me a room. They even had breakfast. She also suggested a great place for dinner so I could settle in for the night. I can't say enough good things about how helpful she was.
