My reservation was a mess when I arrived, but Manny the manager and his staff treated me with real care and respect. Manny leads with kindness and professionalism, and his personal touch made me feel valued. The team was friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. I had to change plans at the last minute and chose this hotel. I'm so glad I did. The room was spacious and extremely clean, with nice pillows, and the ADA shower was wonderful. The eucalyptus lavender soap was a lovely touch. There was a full fridge, dishes and cups, a dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, and lots of counter space. Breakfast was delicious, hot, well stocked, and had plenty to choose from. Options changed each day, with pancakes one morning and mini waffles the next, bacon one day and chicken sausage another. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and willing to do what they could to make the stay better. There was a nighttime security guard and plenty of free parking.

The room felt dated and could use some updates. The king bedroom was tight, with the TV sitting on a dresser in the corner, which was an odd spot. There didn't seem to be room elsewhere, though mounting it on the wall might work. The toilet, tub, and shower area could use updating too. The front desk staff and the woman in the breakfast area gave really great customer service. She tried hard to help and accommodate me after I was disappointed that breakfast had only pork products that morning.

We had to switch rooms three times in about a day and a half after arriving Friday night. First, our room was dark and dingy. Then we spent the night listening to kids running in the hallway, screaming, and banging on the wall until around 3 AM. We called the front desk five times, but nobody came to deal with it. We moved in the morning, only to find bed bugs in the next room a few hours later, so we had to move again. The sofa bed was hard and extremely springy, and breakfast was a major disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you like dingy hotels. The owner's reviews are disappointing too, just copy-and-paste replies.
