We checked in late and grabbed a snack and nightcap at the restaurant. The tenderloin flatbread was good, and so was the waitress. The dining room has a beautiful double-sided glass fireplace with plush leather furniture. I wish I'd taken more photos. Dixon checked us in and was charming, professional, and helpful. We booked through Priceline, which we hardly ever use, for a quick last-minute trip to a city we'd never visited, but he never made us feel like cheap-seat guests. It made us excited for the stay right away. The rooms were very nice and spotlessly clean, with workout equipment in the room as a cool extra. It's a quiet, beautiful hotel even though it's close to the airport. The lobby is beautifully designed, modern, and feels very “Bozeman”. We'll definitely be back!

Mark at the front desk looked after me while I took my time, and Taylor and Keegan made sure I had a good drink to end the night. They made it feel like home. My flight was canceled because of the FAA, and with all the government shutdown nonsense going on, it's been rough on a lot of Americans. It's the small things that make a difference. I guess I really can call it a Happy Friday! I'd definitely recommend the place and come back.

We paid to leave our car here while we were away, and the staff were helpful, professional, and capable. Tonight it was a one-person show at the desk, and that person was also the driver. The beds and bathroom were nice, and having a yoga mat and tools in the room was wonderful. Highly recommended!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. When I called the same day to get something I'd accidentally left in my room, the front desk couldn't help and said there was no way to contact housekeeping. They also said there was no manager on duty, despite this being a large property. I had to call back every day for three days before the item was finally found. I was also charged twice for my stay. What should have been a straightforward refund took several follow-ups to resolve. At these prices, I'd expect basic, competent service, but that wasn't my experience.
